This project started with the work of Pop Art Artist Roy Lichtenstein. It’s designed and created for a fictional space that grew out of the „wallpaper with blue floor“. We imagined a Loft in New York City that is owned by a twenty something, successful bachelor who had to fill empty space with art. The All American Breakfast is a human sized sculpture, inspired by native totem poles in America. Totem poles tell a story from bottom to top, pop art illustrates everyday objects. We combined these two circumstances and created this colorful piece of art. Our pole should tell a story everyone can identify with, the breakfast.
